Answers to your privacy and legal questions

Players often ask about account closure, data deletion, payment safety and how their information is used. Below are the answers to the questions we hear most often.

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Close Account to submit a closure request. We confirm deletion within 48 hours and remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except for records we're required by law to keep (e.g. transaction history for tax or anti-money laundering purposes).

All four payment methods are processed through encrypted channels using TLS 1.2 or higher. We never store your card or wallet credentials; payment processors handle that data. After each transaction, only an encrypted token is stored for your convenience.

Only you and bolakbalikwin staff can view your transaction history. We do not share individual account details with third parties, except where local law requires (e.g. law enforcement investigations). Aggregate anonymised data may be used for fraud prevention.

If you forget your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page; we'll send a reset link to your registered email. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact live chat or email [email protected] immediately. We freeze your account, reset your credentials and walk you through recovery.

Personal information (name, email, phone) is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Transaction records for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits are retained for seven years or as required by local law, but are not linked to your account profile.
